ANNUAL HOOP HUMPING

The next Annual Golf Day against the great unwashed will again be held at Arabian Ranches GC

Date – Feb 16th 2012

Time –  1pm Shotgun

This is again open to all paid up members who want to take part and again on 1st come 1st served basis.

This year our guests will be The Italian Stallion – Lorenzo Amoruso and The Goalie – Andy Goram

There are 24 places up for grabs and ALL players must have a current EGF Handicap to take part or an official recognised handicap from their local club. This is to ensure that the Tims have no comeback on us whatsoever.

Last year the places were taken up very quickly so don’t delay in emailing Jim Graham (details below) and include your:  Full name, Shirt Size, Current Handicap.

All money must be paid before the end of December to avoid exclusion or substitution as there will be subs I’m sure. Payment in cash only t0 Jim Graham, Mike Smith or George Wilson

The evening function will take place in the Baker Finch room at the Ranches as before and full details including costs will be sent out for this in December.

This will include Q&A with Amo and the Goalie, raffles and an auction. Tickets for the event will be limited to 100.

The cost for the Golf including buggy and shirts will be the same as last year at 550 AED per head with teams being drawn nearer the time

Shirts will be White Callaway and Euro sizes.

Hole Sponsorship – The last 2 years we have been very lucky to have so many companies sponsor holes as this helped cover the costs of flights and accommodation for the ex-players, I would like to pass around the club hat again and ask that anyone interested in sponsoring a hole or 2 if you desire to please get in touch with Jim Graham. The cost will be 1500 aed per hole and this includes the printing and manufacture of your sign board

When responding please reply to Jim.Graham@rm-electrical.com and his P.A. Hazel.Birley@rm-electrical.com

Don’t forget, The Champions have a big SPL game today away to Hearts – the match kicks-off at 3.30pm local time and will of course be shown live in Centre Circle.
