Dubai Loyal Rangers Supporters Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on the 12th September at 4pm in the Chelsea Ramada Hotel , Al Barsha
Refreshments and snacks will be provided by the Club for those attending the AGM

The meeting will close around 5.45 and the match against Livingston will be shown live at 6pm local Dubai time
